Conor Murphy
Chief Executive Officer and President
Conor Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer and President of F&G, leading the company’s strategic direction, future growth and support of our clients, producers, distribution partners and F&G team members. Prior to assuming his current role, Conor served as President and Chief Financial Officer of F&G.
Conor has extensive industry experience with 38 years in financial services, including 33 years in the insurance industry. Prior to F&G, he served as President and CEO of Resolution Life US, Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer at Brighthouse Financial. Other career highlights include 17 years at MetLife and 7 years managing significant insurance client relationships at PwC New York.
He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and a chartered accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He has served on a number of industry boards, including as past president of the Association of Chartered Accountants in the United States, and is a founding trustee of Cristo Rey New York High School.
Michael Bailey
Chief Financial Officer
Michael (Mike) Bailey is F&G’s Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees F&G’s financial management and helps guide our business to maximize profitability and deliver long-term value. He is an experienced executive with 27 years of actuarial and financial experience in the life and annuity industry.
Prior to F&G, Mike held senior leadership positions both in the U.S. and internationally at Corebridge Financial/AIG, including serving as Retail Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer of Corebridge Insurance Company of Bermuda, Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Global Life & Health. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President and Actuary at MetLife and as a Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Inc.
Mike is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
Leena Punjabi
Chief Investment Officer
Leena Punjabi is F&G’s Chief Investment Officer, where she oversees F&G’s investment portfolios in partnership with Blackstone Insurance Solutions.
Her expertise spans the full range of the institutional investment cycle, from establishing governance structures and defining investment policy to building stakeholder consensus and implementing investment programs. Before joining F&G in 2019 as VP, Asset Management, she was a Principal at Mercer where she worked for 13 years providing investment advice to insurance companies and corporate pension plans.
Leena holds an MS in accounting from Baruch College, City University of NY and an MBA in marketing from Mumbai University. Leena is a CFA® charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. She serves on the board of directors for Willie Mae Rock Camp and American India Foundation.
Mike Gravelle
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mike Gravelle has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of F&G since 2022 and Fidelity National Financial, or FNF, since January 2010, having joined a subsidiary of FNF in 1993. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Black Knight, Inc. and its predecessors since January 2014.
He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Fidelity National Information Services from February 2010 until February 2013, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Remy from February 2013 until March 2015.
Marie Norcia
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Marie Norcia has responsibility for F&G’s shared services including Human Resources, Operations, IT, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Workplace Services, Portfolio Management & Process Engineering, and Government, Regulatory & Compliance Affairs.
Prior to this, Marie served as F&G’s Chief Risk Officer, Chief People Officer and VP of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Before joining F&G in 2022, she spent 13 years at The Hartford, most notably as the Service Strategy and Execution Director.
Marie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College. She gives back through a variety of non-profit board leadership positions, teaching, volunteering and advocacy. Marie also serves as Executive Sponsor of F&G’s Thrive Employee Resource Group (ERG) which cultivates a culture of well-being and promotes disability awareness.
Ron Barrett
Chief Distribution Officer

Ron Barrett is Chief Distribution Officer for F&G, where he drives sales and marketing of retirement products through a network of financial professionals and distribution partners.
Ron has served as an executive in the financial services and insurance industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining F&G in 2014, he developed sales organizations for some of the largest carriers, managing distribution, sales and marketing with a focus on fixed annuities and life insurance.
Originally from Minnesota, Ron holds degrees from the University of St. Thomas School of Business and Saint Cloud State University College of Business.
Chris Blunt
Chief Executive Officer, Peak Altitude Equity

Chris Blunt is the Chief Executive Officer of Peak Altitude Equity, LLC, where he leads the business in supporting and growing independent distribution. Prior to this role, Blunt served as President and CEO of F&G for seven years, transitioning in 2026 to lead Peak Altitude Equity while continuing to serve as a Director of F&G.
His career spans leadership roles across insurance, investment and wealth management, including CEO of Blackstone Insurance Solutions and executive positions at New York Life.
Chris is active in industry governance, serving as Chairman of the LL Global (LIMRA and LOMA) Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the YMCA Retirement Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Michigan and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jay Dinunzio

Jay Dinunzio is Head of Pension Risk Transfer at F&G, where he leads strategy, growth and execution for the company's PRT platform. With over 25 years of experience in pension risk transfer, retirement, and insurance, he has helped guide F&G to become a leading PRT issuer since 2021
Before joining F&G in 2020, Jay held senior consulting roles at Mercer and Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, advising pension plan sponsors on insurance-based de-risking strategies. His career spans sales execution, business development, and cross-functional leadership across the full pension risk transfer lifecycle — from capital and investment strategy to client and consultant relationships.
Jay is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Lisa Foxworthy-Parker

Lisa Foxworthy-Parker serves as Head of Investor & External Relations for parent Fidelity National Financial, Inc. and F&G, leading communications with institutional investors, securities analysts, rating agencies, regulators and other key constituents.
She has over 35 years of insurance industry experience at a variety of leading insurance companies including Athene, Aviva USA and AmerUs, including more than 10 years of tenure with F&G.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Management Accountant. Lisa has served as a board member for organizations such including the American Heart Association and the 500 Festival.
Ted Hughes

As our Chief Information Officer, Ted Hughes leads F&G’s IT efforts, including infrastructure, systems, solutions, security, architecture, data management and technical operations.
Before coming to F&G in 2022, Ted held many IT leadership roles within the insurance and financial services industries, including time at American Equity Investments Life Insurance Company, Marsh & McLennan Companies and Fiserv Inc.
Ted has also served on the boards of organizations focused on IT and insurance, as well as Des Moines-based groups such as the Greater Des Moines Partnership, Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) and the American Heart Association.
Donny Leintz

Donny Leintz is F&G’s Chief Product Officer, providing leadership and vision for F&G’s portfolio of retail life insurance and annuity products.
Prior to joining F&G in 2025, Donny held progressive leadership roles over 25 years at MetLife and Brighthouse Financial in the distribution, operations, and management of retail products and the retail businesses’ technology portfolio. Upon the spin-off of Brighthouse from MetLife, Inc., Donny was a member of the planning group to define and implement the new company’s operating model, later serving as Head of Enterprise Operations, Chief of Staff to the CEO, a member of the company’s Strategic Operating Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of New England Life Insurance Company.
Donny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
Glen Reineke

Glen Reineke is F&G's Chief Actuary, leading Capital Management and Reinsurance for the company. Since joining F&G in 2022, he has helped guide major strategic initiatives, including a reinsurance sidecar transaction and the divestiture of a Bermuda-based entity.
Before joining F&G, Glen spent 16 years at Athene, leading Reinsurance, Capital Management and Pricing & Product Management.
A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Glen serves on the Board of Directors at EveryStep Care & Support Services.
Jodi Schaefer
Chief of Government, Regulatory and Compliance Affairs

Jodi Schaefer is F&G’s Chief of Government, Regulatory and Compliance Affairs, where she focuses on the increasingly complex government, regulatory and compliance environment. She has served in this role since May 2024.
Jodi joined F&G in 2014 and has been instrumental in building and serving in F&G’s office of General Counsel, advancing progressively through leadership roles before moving into her current position. Before joining F&G in 2014, she was with Aviva USA, with 10 years spent in private practice prior to that.
Jodi is admitted to practice law in Iowa (September 2000) and Illinois (November 2003) and holds a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. She routinely serves on committees for industry trade associations, including the American Council of Life Insurers and Insured Retirement Institute.
Amanda Wuest

Amanda Wuest is F&G’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and enterprise workforce management. She works to ensure F&G attracts, retains and empowers talent to support our business objectives. She has served in this role since September 2025.
Before joining F&G in 2022 as VP of Talent & Organizational Development, Amanda held roles at Fruit of the Loom, Merck KGaA and AON, where she built expertise in performance management, learning, succession planning, leadership development and leadership team effectiveness.
Amanda is an alumna of Iowa State University and earned her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Rebecca Young
Chief Risk and Audit Officer

As F&G’s Chief Risk and Audit Officer, Rebecca Young leads the teams responsible for internal audit, financial controls and enterprise risk management. She has served in this role since August 2025.
Rebecca joined F&G in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Chief Audit Executive. Before that, she held audit, controls and financial reporting roles at American Equity, Wells Fargo, Transamerica and Ernst & Young.
Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant. She is active in the Des Moines community, serving on non-profit boards including the Des Moines Symphony, where she is the President of the Board of Trustees, and Meals from the Heartland.
