F&G Welcomes Donny Leintz as Chief Product Officer

F&G is pleased to share that Donald (Donny) Leintz joined F&G in December 2025 in the role of Chief Product Officer.

Donny brings more than two decades of leadership in the life insurance and annuity industry to this critical role, most recently at Brighthouse Financial and previously MetLife, where he led major strategic initiatives including product launches, operational transformation activities and the implementation of product innovation. His experience spans the full lifecycle of annuity and life insurance products, from concepting through distribution and administration.
