Getting involved is in our nature. Our employee-led committees help keep us healthy, engaged, heard and involved. Being a part of the F&G team is more than just the work you’re hired to do. F&G is a community of authentic individuals who collaborate with one another.
Discover what each committee does for the company:
Focused on employee health and wellness initiatives, this committee coordinates various wellness activities throughout the year such as our on-site blood drives, fitness challenges and wellness walk.
This team plans the many social activities at F&G – including a fun activity nearly every month! This group organizes our summer outings and holiday parties, as well as events like the March Madness competition, ice cream social, pumpkin decorating contest and more!
Understanding and valuing our differences is an important part of our culture. Companies that embrace diversity and inclusion financially outperform their peers, have a successful recruitment and retention program, and benefit from higher employee engagement and productivity. This group focuses on helping F&G build out our inclusion programming.
Employee volunteer activities, including coordinating opportunities for employees to use their VTO and highlighting organizations that might interest our employees, is the responsibility of this committee. This team also helps support our United Way campaign.
