Submit your documents according to the instructions on the form. - Allow 5-10 days to process
F&G will process the request within 5-10 business days of receipt if in good order and confirmation of the payment schedule.
Please note: The processing time includes time to mail payment information to the policy owner. - Disburse
Payment will be mailed to the owner's address on record unless approved as a direct deposit payment.
