You can open a service request through our Policyholder Portal

You can view your policy and submit service requests by registering for our Policyholder Portal.

To log in for the first time, you must have:
  • An active policy number and email account
  • Valid social security number or tax identification number (TIN)
If you do not have your policy number, you can contact our service center at 888.513.8797. Our customer care representatives can walk you through the registration process.

You may also mail or fax your documents to us.
