What is happening?

F&G systems will be unavailable Friday, November 24 - Sunday, November 26 due to scheduled maintenance. All Annuity and Life Insurance New Business, Licensing and Policyholder platforms will be unavailable, and any data feeds normally distributed during this time will be delayed.

As a reminder, F&G offices will be closed beginning Wednesday, November 22 at noon CT through Friday, November 24.

Why is this happening?

This important scheduled maintenance is critical for ongoing improvements to system experience.

What systems are impacted?

All Annuity and Life Insurance New Business, Licensing and Policyholder systems and related applications will be impacted. This includes Saleslink® and related applications, the Policyholder portal and Agent Training site.

What if I need to access the system during the outage?

All Annuity and Life Insurance New Business, Licensing and Policyholder platforms will be available beginning Monday, November 27.

I’m planning to submit business during the outage, what should I do?

If you’re unable to complete and submit your application by end of day, November 23rd, please submit it instead beginning Monday, November 27.
