Getting Contracted (2)
Contracting with F&G is easy. There are eight core documents that need to be completed and processed so that we can begin to accept your business and process your commissions. Please refer to our Get Contracted page for form downloads and specific instructions.
- Producer Agency Form
- EFT ACH Authorization
- W9 – IRS Tax Identification
- A copy of your current resident insurance license
- A copy of continuing education (CE) certifications for states that require them prior to solicitation
- A copy of annuity suitability CE certification
- A copy of your current Errors & Omissions coverage
- A copy of your Anti-Money Laundering training certification
Once we have received all of your fully completed, signed forms and have conducted the mandatory background checks, we will set you up in our system, provided no additional information is needed. You will receive a welcome letter that contains your agent number, a PIN and logon instructions for our agent portal, SalesLink. In addition to state specific training requirements, we require that agents take annuity product specific training for each individual product before you may begin soliciting business. The product specific training is located in the “training” section of our agent portal, SalesLink.
In order to receive commissions as quickly as possible, please make sure that applications and agent paperwork are in good order. We also encourage you to sign up for electronic funds transfer and be placed on daily commission cycle. These can be found on the commissions tab on our agent portal, SalesLink.
To set up a direct deposit for your commission, simply complete and submit the Electronic Funds Transfer form (ADMIN4955).
Submitting Business (1)
Please log into our agent portal, SalesLink.
Under "Sales Tools & Resources / Online Applications," select the appropriate product type and follow the instructions within our eApp platform.
Changing Status (3)
As long as you are in good standing, have completed all required training, and submitted required paperwork, you can be re-appointed with FGL. Please refer to our Get Contracted page for form downloads and specific instructions.
